Who Can Take This Class

Beginners Yoga - New to yoga or looking to get back into practice? This slow paced & informative class will help you feel confident & comfortable to practice yoga. If you've always been curious about yoga, or thought you weren't flexible or strong enough, then this is the class that will prove to you that yoga is for every-body! Beginners and those with experience welcome

Everyone-
Beginners, Experienced

Beginners Yoga with Chair Optional- The same great Beginners Yoga Class as above, but designed to meet both chair and mat participants. The entire class can be done on a chair or on the floor or seamlessly moving between floor and chair. It is phenomenal for seniors, people with injuries, disabilities or weight issues and anyone who has difficulties with getting down on the mat. Remember, the chair is optional and can be used as needed. This class is perfect for beginners and those with experience.

Beginners+ Yoga – New & experienced students are invited to enjoy this class which uses physical movements (asanas-yoga poses), breath work (pranayama) & meditation to help you relax, build your overall strength and flexibility & reconnect with your spirit. This class is suitable for beginners or those with prior yoga experience. Everyone-

DeStress Yoga - Imagine relieving tension & pain from every muscle & joint in your body while lowering mental and emotional stress levels. That's exactly what this end-of-the-week class does. Our DeStress Yoga class is one of the most restorative yoga classes that you will every take. Perfect for all levels.

Vinyasa Flow w/Core Focus- The class builds upon traditional sun salutation to boost your heart rate & burn calories while sculpting arms, legs and core muscles. Infused with a few Pilates moves, this class is designed for maximum benefits so you can burn fat & build muscles all in one class. Nikki, who designed this class says, "doing the moves in this class helped me lose 21 pounds in 4 months, this year." Some experience & advanced welcome. Intermediate & Advanced
Vinyasa Flow- This class is designed to quiet your mind and purposefully burn off excess energy (and calories!) Building on the sun salutation, this class will strengthen your arms, legs, core and your inner spirit. This is a quieter class so you can get in the flow and really connect with your body & spirit. Some experience & advanced welcome.
This 1/2 Hour Thursday Class is: Monthly Pass Inclusive. Or $5 Drop In. Or 1/2 of 1 Package Class.

Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced

The following classes are available as private or semi-private classes:

Pilates
Anyone can do pilates! The exercises are geared to develop the core and practice controlled, aware movements as taught by Joseph Pilates, inventor of this time tested practice. "In ten sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 sessions you will see the difference, and in 30 sessions you will have a whole new body."~ Joseph Pilates.

Prenatal Yoga
- Deepen your awareness of your changing body and mind as you prepare for the life-changing events of birth and parenting. You'll learn stretching, breathing, and relaxation techniques to offer relief from the common discomforts of pregnancy, and practice down-to-earth, pragmatic methods for coping during labor.

Tai Chi –We offer Tai Chi as private or semi-private classes, Call or email for more information.
