Combat for Everyone – No matter what shape you are
in this class provides a combination of cardio and strength
training. This routine includes kickboxing and martial arts
movements. This class will have you punching and kicking
your way back into your skinny jeans.
Gentle
Yoga - With
or Without a Chair- This class is perfect if
you want to take an extremely gentle approach to yoga.
If you
are a beginner,
senior citizen, someone with weight or movement issues or
just want a gentle class, stop in. You are welcome to
use a chair for
all, some or none of the class. Chairs provided.
Great Start
Yoga – Start your day off right, clearing
your mind, invigorating your body and honoring your spirit
with
an hour of yoga. This class
is open to all skills and abilities. If you are interested
in
taking this class, you must email, call, or stop in beforehand.
Healing Circle-Using positive
energy, meditation, EFT, affirmations and a whole host of
other practices we'll
address your physical, emotional or mental illnesses.
Pilates –Anyone can do pilates!
The exercises are geared to develop the core and practice controlled,
aware movements as taught by Joseph Pilates, inventor of this
time tested practice. "In ten sessions you will feel the

Self-Practice: In Our Serene Space– Need
a quiet and serene place to practice yoga, meditate, journal
or whatever you choose? Come and enjoy the serene
mood and amenities of our studio. Your
practice
is
self-guided. Our props are available for your use. No talking,
out loud music or cell phones in the room, please, to maintain
the quiet space.

yoga is really just one aspect of yoga called Hatha Yoga. Hatha
Yoga uses physical movements (asanas), breath work (pranayama)
& meditation to help you relax, build your overall strength
and flexibility & reconnect with your spirit. This class is suitable
for beginners or someone with prior yoga experience.
