Our DeStress Yoga class is one of the most restorative yoga classes that you will ever take. Reiki Trade Night
Monday12/18/17

All levels and all traditions of Reiki Practitioners are welcome to this amazing 3 Hour Reiki Night. Check in begins at 7pm. We will then start at 7:15 with a profound guided meditation designed to help us connect further with our wisdom. From there we will each give and receive a full one hour Reiki session which includes a few minutes discussion time.  Finally we will end with a powerful twenty-five minute group Reiki session which is an indescribable, must-experience, for all practitioners! Registration is required. The cost is $40. You must be a certified Reiki practitioner-any level any tradition.





Yoga Posture Series
7:15-8:15pm

Beginners and seasoned yogis alike often perform their yoga postures incorrectly or insufficiently. Incorrect postures can lead to pain and injury over time. And insufficient posturing means that students aren’t deepening their postures enough in order to take full advantage of their physical benefits. In this 5 week series, we are going to refine and improve 6 different fundamental postures (a posture every week*) all through movement. Each class will start with a basic warm up, move into working closely with each posture and finish by incorporating it correctly in a flow so your yoga practice and your body can benefit immediately. “When I finally started doing Down Dog (Adho Mukha Svānāsana) correctly it made all the difference in my practice. I could hold it easier and for longer times. I no longer had to struggle wondering how long we would be stuck there or have to come to my knees. Instead, when doing it correctly, I got a better stretch in my hamstrings and strengthened my shoulders.” Perfect for all levels. Warm Yoga & Meditation with Nikki

Baby it’s cold outside! Join me for an amazing hour of yoga and meditation. Set in a slightly heated room, this slow paced class will work on creating more flexibility in your hips and shoulders while warming the bones! Warm body = more flexibility.   More flexibility = less pain and more mobility!   We will end each class with a 10 minute meditation. All levels welcome. Series runs for 4 weeks from 1/11-2/1. Beginners Meditation Series
