TUESDAYS Beginners+ Yoga 7:30-8:30PM

New & experienced students are invited to enjoy this class which uses physical movements (asanas-yoga poses), breath work (pranayama) & meditation to help you relax, build your overall strength and flexibility & reconnect with your spirit. This class is suitable for beginners and experienced students alike. Perfect for all levels. Use packages for this public class. Drop ins welcome. NO sign up required, simply show up. No class 7/3.

THURSDAYS
Warm Yoga & Meditation with Nikki
7:15-8:15PM

This complete class has everything that you need in one simple hour a week. Join Nikki as she utilizes the effective power of a gentle warm yoga classroom (not hot!) combined with the physical movements of yoga (asanas) to deepen  flexibility in your muscles and joints AND strengthen your core, arms and legs. Throughout the class she will be guiding you to use the power of your breath (pranayama) to help build your inner strength and balance. She will round out each class with a powerful guided Meditation to heal your thoughts and emotions and bring abundance and joy back into your life.  All levels welcome. 5 Consecutive Classes for $75. Beginners Meditation Series

This 8 week program includes both the principles and the practical aspects of meditation so you can easily create a successful at home practice from day one. Private Yoga Classes & Semi-Private Yoga Classes are available Monday through Saturday at Comfort & Balance. All Privates and Semi-privates are taught by Nikki who brings over 12 years of Yoga Training & Experience to your custom classes. She has worked with every body type and all ages from 6 years old to 80 something. Whether you are seeking vinyasa yoga, core or power yoga,  flexibility training, meditation, or perhaps you have to fix your posture or work with an injured part of your body, or maybe a combination of all, she will customize your class for you. What’s great about private classes is that you pick the day, you pick the time, you pick the focus of study and you get one on one, personalized adjustments during your hour. You can come just once or book regularly, The cost is $75 for the hour whether you come alone or bring up to 5 people with you for the same price. Call 732-750-8767 to book now.

Reiki Level 1 Training

The value and benefits of receiving Reiki from a trained practitioner are widely known and utilized for all areas of healing- mental, emotional & physical. With this level 1 class you will learn to become a Reiki practitioner and become attuned to the energy so you can practice Reiki on yourself. There is no prior experience, nor any particular skill set or ability required for Reiki Level 1, just a simple wanting to learn.
