| DeStress Yoga -
Imagine relieving tension & pain from every muscle & joint
in your body while lowering mental and emotional stress levels.
That's exactly what this end-of-the-week class does. Our DeStress
Yoga class is one of the most restorative yoga classes that you
will every take. Perfect for all levels. |

| Strength Yoga - This class is designed
to quiet your mind and purposefully burn off excess energy (and
calories!) Building on the sun salutation, this class will strengthen
your arms, legs, core and your inner spirit. This is a quieter
class than Vinyasa Flow so you strengthen your body and really
connect with it & spirit. Some experience & advanced welcome.
(45 minute class, just $7 class). |

| Vinyasa Flow w/Core Focus-
The class builds upon traditional sun salutation to boost your
heart rate & burn
calories while sculpting arms, legs and core muscles. Infused with
a few Pilates moves, this class is designed for maximum benefits
so you can burn fat & build muscles all in one class. Nikki,
who designed this class says, "doing the moves in this class
helped me lose 21 pounds in 4 months, this year." Some experience & advanced
welcome. |

Pilates Anyone can do pilates! The exercises are geared to develop
the core and practice controlled, aware movements as taught by Joseph Pilates,
inventor of this time tested practice. "In ten sessions you will feel
the difference, in 20 sessions you will see the difference, and in 30 sessions
you will have a whole new body."~ Joseph Pilates.
Prenatal Yoga - Deepen your awareness of your changing
body and mind as you prepare for the life-changing events of birth and parenting.
You'll learn stretching, breathing, and relaxation techniques to offer relief
from the common discomforts of pregnancy, and practice down-to-earth, pragmatic
methods for coping during labor.
Tai Chi –We
